2013第二届机械工程与电气工程国际会议（ICMEE 2013 ）于2013年3月8-10日在中国九江举办; 本次会议由先进科学与工程研究中心、
ttp trans tech publications inc.
山东大学、山东省自动化学会、合肥工业大学等机构联合举办；会议内容涵盖了机械自动化与电气工程领域的主要研究方向，会议旨在为全世界机械自动化与电气工程领域的专家、学者和专业技术人员提供一个交流最新研究成果的机会。本次会议议题广：材料工程、机械动力、自控控制、电气与电子工程、力学工程、计算机工程、能源与环境工程等。本次会议经同行专家评审录用的论文将全部出版在国际期刊 Advanced Materials Research (ISSN: 1022-6680) 和Applied Mechanics and Materials(ISSN: 1660-9336)上，在该刊物上发表的论文将全部被EI Compendex和ISTP收录。本次会议将推荐30篇文章至EI期刊（JA）正刊发表。

The aim objective of ICMEE 2012 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Materials Science and Electrical Engineering.
