一、个人简介
冯肖亮，男，1984年8月出生，汉族，河南灵宝人，博士，教授，现任上海电机学院电气学院副院长。
二、主要学习与工作经历
2007年毕业于河南大学数学与信息科学学院，获理学学士学位；2010年毕业于杭州电子科技大学自动化学院，获工学硕士学位；2013年毕业于河海大学计算机与信息工程学院，获工学博士学位。
2013年至2020年，在河南工业大学电气工程学院从事教学科研工作；2020年12月至今，在上海电机学院电气学院从事教学科研工作；2018年至2019年在加拿大维多利亚大学访问学习。
