Outstanding Energy and Power Engineers amid New Productive Forces

为适应新质生产力背景下能源动力类别高层次人才国际化交流合作的需求，结合上海电机学院在能源动力学科的学科特色与临港新片区的产业优势，搭建能源动力类别博士/硕士研究生的国际交流平台，上海电机学院于2026年7月举办新质生产力背景下的能源动力“卓越工程师”国际暑期学校。

To meet the demand for international exchange and cooperation among high-level talents in the energy and power sector on the backdrop of new-quality productive forces, and leveraging Shanghai Dianji University's disciplinary strengths in energy and power studies alongside the industrial advantages of the Lingang New Area, the university will establish an international exchange platform for doctoral and master's students in energy and power. To this end, Shanghai Dianji University will in July 2026 host the Shanghai International Summer School for Outstanding Energy and Power Engineers amid New Productive Forces.

一、项目主题

I. Program Theme

本项目通过课程教学、企业实践、学术讲座、文化体验等多种形式，采用校企协同、跨学科融汇贯通的方式开展。通过高质量的课程学习与校企交流，为学生提供参与国际课程学习和国际项目实践的机会，提升其解决复杂工程问题的能力。有效激发校企双方主动性，推进专业知识与工程实践的有机结合。通过跨学科融汇贯通的模式，提高高层次人才的跨学科专业知识及人文素养，提升所培育人才的多元化综合竞争力。

The program employs a collaborative university-industry approach with interdisciplinary integration through diverse formats including course instruction, corporate internships, academic lectures, and cultural immersion. By leveraging high-quality coursework and university-industry exchanges, it provides students with opportunities to engage in international coursework and project-based learning, enhancing their ability to solve complex engineering problems. This initiative effectively makes use of the enthusiasm and initiative of both university and enterprises, advancing the organic integration of specialized knowledge with engineering practice. Through an interdisciplinary convergence model, the program enhances the cross-disciplinary expertise and humanistic literacy of high-level talent, thereby elevating the diversified comprehensive competitiveness of cultivated professionals.

二、项目时间及内容安排

II. Program Schedule and Content

项目时间：2026年7月6日至8月2日。

Program Duration: July 6, 2026 - August 2, 2026.

内容安排：

Content Arrangement:

本项目拟通过课程教学、企业实践、学术讲座、文化体验等多种形式，开展能源动力“卓越工程师”的国际合作交流。

This project aims to foster international collaboration and exchange for cultivating Outstanding Engineers in energy and power engineering through diverse formats including course instruction, corporate internships, academic lectures, and cultural immersion experiences.

1、能源系统监测与故障诊断、能源行业新兴领导者管理、有限元分析、PLC等能源动力专业相关的课程学习。

Energy systems supervision and fault diagnosis; Management for emerging leaders in the energy industry; Finite element analysis software and operation; Modern industrial control system.

2、依托上海自贸试验区临港新片区产业集群优势，组织学员到能源动力领域标杆企业进行参观实习。

Leveraging the industrial cluster advantages of Lingang New Area within the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone, organize participants to visit and intern at leading enterprises in the energy and power sector.

3、邀请能源动力领域优秀专家学者等开展专题讲座，聚焦新质生产力下能源动力领域核心热点。

Invite distinguished experts and scholars in the energy and power sector to deliver specialized lectures, focusing on core topics within the energy and power field under the new quality productive forces.

4、开展海派文化深度研学，组织探访崇明岛并开展城市漫步研学，体会海派文化 “兼容并蓄、开放包容” 的核心特质。

Conduct in-depth research on Shanghai-style culture by organizing visits to Chongming Island and urban walking tours, experiencing the essence of Shanghai culture: inclusiveness and openness.

5、围绕中国传统文化核心元素，开展丰富多彩的文化体验活动。

Centered around characteristic elements of traditional Chinese culture, the project will host a diverse array of cultural experience activities.

三、招生名额

III. Enrollment Quota

本次活动共招收学员20-25名，其中提供奖学金名额20名。另设非奖学金名额5名，将根据申请者综合素质择优录取.奖学金涵盖学费、住宿费、餐费、保险等费用。

This program plans to enroll 20-25 participants. 20 participants can receive . scholarships.In addition, 5 non-scholarship places are available. Admission will be based on a comprehensive evaluation of the applicants' qualifications. The scholarship covers tuition, accommodation, meals, insurance, and other related expenses.

本次活动奖学金学员面向中国境外外国学生招生，年龄范围原则上为16周岁至50周岁。

The scholarship is open to non-Chinese citizens residingabroad, with an age range from 16 to 50 years.
  奖学金名单将由活动组委会在收到报名资料后进行评选产生，届时将在我院国际合作与交流处网页上公布奖学金学员名单：https://guojijl.sdju.edu.cn/。

The scholarships will be awarded by the event organizing committee after reviewing the application materials. The results will be published on the webpage of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office of our university:https://guojijl.sdju.edu.cn/.

1、护照电子扫描件（需贴有照片的一面）；

2、一张证件照和一张生活照；

3、个人简历（中文或中文或英文版本）；

4、成绩单；

5、学生证；

6、英语水平证明，如托福、GRE、雅思。如工作语言或大学授课语言为英语，可免提供英语水平证明（以英文工作或授课证明替代）。

我校审核确认申请者的报名材料后，将通过电子邮件的形式向申请者发放《录取通知书》。录取者需自行申请来华访问签证（F签）。若其国籍符合中国免签政策，可按免签程序入境。请在填写报名表时务必留下可供联系的电子邮箱地址和电话。

After reviewing and confirming the applicant's registration materials, our institution will issue an Invitation Letter via email.Admitted participants are responsible for applying fora Chinese F visa (academic exchange, visits, study tours or other relevant activities). Those whose nationality qualifies under China's visa-waiver policy may enterChina under the corresponding visa-free procedures. Please ensure that the email address and phone number provided in the application form are valid and reachable.

申请者要在录取通知书规定的报到日期来校报到。因故不能按期报到者，必须事先征得国际合作与交流处同意，否则将视为自动放弃。

Applicants must report to the university on the date specified in the admission letter. If unable to report on time, applicants must obtain prior approval from the International Cooperation and Exchange Office; otherwise, it will be considered a voluntary withdrawal.

提交的申请材料不予退还。
